- Essential: Bachelor's Degree (Snataka) in Agricultural Science (Krishi Vigyan) from any university established by law in India.
- Essential: Certificate in Computer Operation (CCC) issued by DOEACC Society (NIELIT).
- Mandatory PET Requirement: Valid PET-2025 Score Card issued by UPSSSC – mandatory for all applicants.
- Domicile: Resident of Uttar Pradesh (reservation benefits only for UP domicile candidates; non-domicile candidates treated as Unreserved).
