Cafeteria Perks	20% of Basic Pay
Conveyance Allowance	Rs.25,000/- per month (if vehicle not provided)

Performance Pay	Not applicable
TADK	Not applicable

Note: If company vehicle is provided, conveyance allowance will not be paid and cafeteria perks will be reduced by 1%.

Eligibility Criteria

Target Candidates:

Officers who have taken Voluntary Retirement (VR) or retired on Superannuation from Railways/PSUs/JV Companies under Government control.

Educational Background Required:

• Service experience in Civil Engineering / Infrastructure Development

Pay Scale Requirements:

Scale Type	Required Grade at Retirement
CDA Scale Officers	PB-4 in GP 10000/- (Pre-revised 6th CPC) Revised to Matrix Level 14 under 7th CPC
IDA Scale Officers	E-8 level in pay-scale Rs.51,300-73,000 (Pre-revised 2nd PRC) Revised to Rs.1,20,000-2,80,000 under 3rd PRC

Important: Higher grade pay or pay scale granted under ACP/MACP by the parent department shall NOT be taken into account for eligibility criteria.

Specific Work Experience Required

Candidates must have service experience in Civil Engineering including:

• Construction of ROB/RUB (Road Over Bridge/Road Under Bridge)
• Major Rail/Road Bridges connected with Railways Projects
• Construction of siding track works
• Land Acquisition processes
• Preparation of Project Reports
• Design and Drawings preparation
• Tender documents preparation
• Earthworks execution
• Ballast-less track works
• Contract Management
• Open line maintenance
• Track Renewal Works
