- Degree: Ph.D. (Relevant field)
- Qualification: NET/SLET/SET
- Bachelor/Master: First class or equivalent
- Exception: Pre-2009 PhD with conditions
👨💼 Associate Professor
- Degree: Ph.D. (First class)
- Experience: Min. 8 years (Asst Prof level)
- Publications: Min. 7 papers (SCI indexed)
- Research Score: Min. 75 points
🎓 Professor
- Degree: Ph.D. (First class)
- Experience: Min. 10 years (Faculty level)

💰 Consolidated Monthly Salary Structure

Plus DA as applicable. No increments during 3-year contract.

Additional Benefits: Seed money ₹10 lakhs for lab development + ₹2 lakhs contingency grant. Subject to TDS & statutory deductions. New Pension Scheme applicable for those with PRAN.
