Recruitment Type & Selection Process
Type of Recruitment: Contractual Basis
This recruitment is for Contractual Positions in the Central Programme Management Unit (CPMU). It is NOT regular/permanent government employment, deputation, or direct recruitment. The positions are purely on contract basis.
Important Terms & Conditions:
- Contract Duration: As specified in appointment letter (renewable based on performance)
- Age Limit: 21 to 60 years for all positions
- Leave: 18 days per year on pro-rata basis
- TA/DA: As per existing government rules for official tours
- No Regularization: Contractual service does not confer right for regular absorption
- Annual Enhancement: 5% annual increment based on satisfactory performance

Detailed Educational Qualification & Experience
1. Senior Programme Manager:
Essential Qualification: Post Graduate Diploma in Public Health Administration / PG Diploma in Management (2 years) / MBA-Human Resource Management from AICTE recognized institute
Experience: More than 15 years working experience in Government sector
Preference: Experience in health sector including AYUSH
2. Domain Expert - Public Health:
Essential Qualification: BAMS/BUMS/BHMS/BSMS/BYNS + Master Degree in Public Health / PG Diploma in Public Health Administration
Experience: Minimum 5 years in Government/Private sector
Preference: Excellent communication skills and AYUSH experience
3. Senior/Junior Consultant:
Essential Qualification: BAMS/BUMS/BHMS/BSMS/BYNS from recognized university
Experience: Senior: 7 years, Junior: 5 years in Public Health Programmes
Preference: PG qualification in AYUSH stream
4. Finance Manager:
Essential Qualification: MBA-Finance/M.Com/ICWA/CA from AICTE recognized institute
Experience: Minimum 5 years in finance management
5. Accounts Manager:
Essential Qualification: MBA-Finance/M.Com/ICWA(Inter)/CA(Inter)
Experience: Minimum 3 years in account management
6. Data Assistant:
Essential Qualification: MBA-IT/MCA/M.Sc-IT/BCA from recognized institute
Experience: 3 years in data management
Skills Required: MS Office, MS Access, data handling
