Salary & Benefits
Salary: As per FDDI norms. Expected Pay Level 12-14 of 7th CPC (approx. ₹1,00,000 – ₹2,00,000 per month) plus allowances.
Additional Benefits: DA, HRA, TA, Medical, PF, Pension (as per Central Govt. pattern), LTC, Group Insurance, etc.

Recruitment Type & Selection Process
Type: Direct Recruitment (likely on regular basis, not contract/deputation). Candidates may be called for interview/skill test.
Selection Stages: Shortlisting based on experience & qualifications → Personal Interview → Document Verification.
Eligibility Criteria
Essential Qualification:
- B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc in Civil Engineering with minimum 50% marks from a recognized University/Institute.
Desirable:
- M.E./M.Tech./M.Sc (Eng.) in Civil Engineering.
Experience:
- Chief Engineer: At least 22 years of experience in planning, designing, organizing, controlling Civil infrastructures handling at least 5 Civil construction projects; knowledge of tendering, CPWD manuals, maintenance works.
- Superintending Engineer: At least 20 years of similar experience.
- Desirable: Experience in modification works, central coordination, multi-location supervision, leadership quality.
Age Limit:
Upper age 55 years as on closing date (relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD as per Govt. rules).
