Salary Structure & Benefits
Cost to Company (CTC): ₹10.65 Lakhs Per Annum
This includes: Basic + DA, Employer's PF Contribution, and all allowances.

Important Note on Employment Type:
This is a Fixed Term Employment (FTE) for a period of Four Years. The post is not against any permanent vacancy and this engagement will not entitle the candidate for any regular employment in NAeL in future.
Recruitment Type & Selection Process
Type of Recruitment: Fixed Term Employment (Contract)
This is a Fixed Term Contract position for 4 years. It is NOT a regular/permanent position, deputation, or walk-in interview. The selection is through Personal Interview only (No written test).
Selection Process:
Step 1: Application Submission
Eligible candidates must submit the filled application form offline via Speed Post/Registered Post/Courier by 19.02.2026.
Step 2: Initial Screening
Applications will be screened based on eligibility criteria, qualifications, and experience.
Step 3: Shortlisting for Interview
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for personal interview.
Step 4: Personal Interview
Interviews will be conducted at NAeL, Naini, Prayagraj. Date & time will be intimated via email/website.
Step 5: Final Selection
Selection will be based on interview performance by the duly approved Selection Committee of NAeL.
Educational Qualification & Eligibility
For Sr. Human Resource Officer:
- Essential: Bachelor's Degree with PG Degree/PG Diploma/MBA/MSW/MA with specialization in Human Resources/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Human Resource Development from recognized Institutes/Universities.
- Minimum Marks: 60% aggregate in qualifying examination.
- Desirable: Degree in Law (added advantage).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience as on 07.02.2026.
For Sr. Finance Officer:
- Essential (Any one):
- Cost & Works Accountant (CWA)/Cost Management Accountant (CMA) from Institute of Cost Accountants of India; OR
- Chartered Accountant (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India; OR
- Two years Full Time MBA with specialization in Finance/Accounts (60% aggregate); OR
- Full Time MMS with specialization in Finance/Accounts (60% aggregate); OR
- Two years Full Time PG Degree/Diploma in Management (Finance) from AICTE recognized institute (60% aggregate).
- Note: For dual specialization, Finance must be the major one.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience as on 07.02.2026.
Important Eligibility Conditions:
- Age Limit: Maximum 37 years as on 07.02.2026 (Age relaxation applicable as per rules)
- Nationality: Only Indian Nationals are eligible
- Course Mode: Only Full Time/Regular courses considered. Part Time/Correspondence/Distance Learning courses are NOT eligible
- Experience Calculation: Post-qualification experience counted from date of acquiring professional qualification
- Minimum Marks: 60% aggregate required (percentage rounding off NOT allowed)
Age Relaxation:
- OBC (NCL): 3 years for reserved posts under OBC category only
- PwBD: Up to 10 years (over and above other relaxations if any)
- J&K Domicile (01-01-1980 to 31-12-1989): 5 years
- Ex-Servicemen: Period of service + 3 years
- Maximum Age with all relaxations: Shall not exceed 50 years
