Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit (as on 01.01.2026): Minimum 20 years, Maximum 30 years (UR/EWS). Relaxation: SC/ST – 5 yrs, OBC (NCL) – 3 yrs, PwBD – 10 yrs, Ex-Servicemen – 5 yrs, 1984 Riots affected – 5 yrs.
- Civil: Construction/renovation/retrofitting/interior furnishing/maintenance of commercial/residential/institutional buildings; estimate preparation, bill checking.
- Electrical: Building electrical works OR installation/handling of UPS, generators, HT-LT panels, cabling, pumps, AC equipment, lifts.
- Mechanical: Building mechanical works AND experience with electro-mechanical equipment (UPS, DG sets, HVAC, lifts, pumps).
Note: The percentage of marks shall be arrived at by dividing the marks obtained by the candidate in all subjects in all semesters/years by the aggregate maximum marks. Fraction of percentage is ignored (i.e., 59.99% will be treated as less than 60%).
Salary & Perks
Selected candidates will be appointed in JMG Scale I with attractive pay scale + DA, HRA/Leased Accommodation, CCA, medical insurance, LFC, retirement benefits as per PNB rules. Initial basic pay approx ₹36,000-₹38,000 plus allowances.
CIBIL Requirement: Minimum CIBIL score 681 or above at time of joining.
Selection Process
Depending on number of applications, PNB may adopt:
- Scenario 1 (Online Test + Interview): Part I – Reasoning, English, Quantitative Aptitude (100 marks) + Part II – Professional Knowledge (100 marks). Penalty for wrong answers. Interview (50 marks). Final merit based on Part II + Interview.
- Scenario 2 (Shortlisting + Interview): Direct personal interview (50 marks).

- Click "New Registration" – fill basic details to get provisional registration number & password.
- Fill application form with personal, educational, experience, category details accurately.
- Upload scanned photograph, signature, left thumb impression, handwritten declaration, and required documents (as per specifications).
- Pay application fee online via Debit/Credit card, Net banking, UPI, etc.
- After successful payment, submit the form. Take a printout of e-receipt and application form for future reference.
- Do not send any printout to the Bank.
Important Instructions
- Apply for only one post; multiple applications will lead to cancellation.
- Candidature is provisional; documents will be verified later.
- Canvassing in any form = disqualification.
- Disputes subject to jurisdiction of NCT Delhi courts.
- Keep active email ID & mobile till recruitment completion.
