📚 Educational Qualification
- Essential: Ph.D. degree in Science/Technology/Engineering
- Experience: 15 years post-Ph.D. experience in R&D Institutes / Academic Institutes / Labs
- Track Record: Proven program management, policy development, roadmap creation in management of scientists and technologies
- Skills: Excellent communication & leadership qualities to manage multidisciplinary teams

- Nationality: Indian Citizen
- Maximum Age: Not above 67 years as of application deadline
- Tenure: 3 years (extendable up to 70 years of age)
