🎯 Eligibility Criteria
📚 Essential Qualification
- MBA/PGDM or equivalent Master's degree in Agriculture / Agri-Business / Finance / Marketing / IT / Economics / Agri Economics / International Business from a UGC-recognized institute/university.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing, business plan development, assessment/evaluation of startup projects, and entrepreneurship development.
- Well-versed in managing social media.
🎂 Age Limit (as on interview date)
- Maximum Age: 50 years.
- Age Relaxation: As per Government of India/ICAR norms (SC/ST/OBC/PwD).
⚙️ Selection Process

- Develop marketing channels, strategies, and plans for the incubator (Pusa Krishi).
- Facilitate new initiatives for incubation service offerings to entrepreneurs and start-ups.
- Organize events to facilitate national/international collaborations, technology tie-ups, and investor reach.
- Coach and mentor entrepreneurs and start-ups in innovative product positioning.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities and represent start-ups internally.
- Conduct training programs, workshops, and networking seminars.
- Create a positive and innovative atmosphere for employees and start-ups.
