Eligibility Criteria & Salary
Educational Qualification: Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Technology from a recognized university.
Grade & Experience (for Deputation):
- Assistant Manager (E1): Officers holding analogous post or with 2 years regular service in Level-7 (CDA) / E0 grade.
- Manager (E2/E3): Officers holding analogous post or with 4/5 years in Level-8/9 (CDA) / E1/E2 grade respectively.
- Senior Manager (E4): Officers holding analogous post or with 7 years in Level-10/11 (CDA) / E2/E3 grade.
Preferred: Experience in locomotive / rolling stock design, maintenance, or railway workshops.
💰 Salary: Parent pay plus Deputation Allowance (usually 5% of basic pay). In addition, DA, HRA, Transport Allowance, Medical facilities, and other perks as per RITES policy. The company offers excellent career growth and a chance to work on prestigious railway and infrastructure projects.

- Forward Through Proper Channel: Submit the application to your Controlling Officer / Department for onward transmission with all mandatory documents.
- Send Advance Copy by Email: Email a scanned copy of the signed application to deputation@rites.com (or the address given in the notification) before the closing date.
- Hard Copy Dispatch: The forwarding authority must send the complete hard copy to: GM/HR, RITES Ltd., RITES Bhawan, Plot No. 1, Sector-29, Gurgaon – 122001 (Haryana) within 15 days after the last date.
- Keep Proof: Retain the email confirmation and postal receipt for your records.
Application Fee: Nil for deputation posts.
Documents Checklist: Signed application, APARs (last 5 years), Vigilance Clearance, Integrity Certificate, Cadre Clearance, and NOC from the parent organisation.
