Nature of Duties & Responsibilities
Administrative Officer
Administrative responsibilities include management of service matters, recruitment rules and recruitment, maintenance of service records, ACR/APAR work, leave and service concessions, handling legal matters, joining/relieving formalities of officer trainees and other administrative assistance required for the smooth functioning of the office.
Data Entry Operator Grade-C
Duties include organizing documents, preparing and coding data for computer entry, entering data through online terminals and other devices, checking accuracy and completeness, providing software/hardware information and assisting computer users with technical support.
Physical Training Instructor
The PTI conducts physical training and sports activities for Officer Trainees of All India Services and other Central Services and leads trainees in mountaineering and trekking activities.
Radiographer
Responsibilities include radiographic and imaging/X-Ray examinations, maintenance and regular checking of radiographic equipment, use of personal monitoring devices, compliance with AERB guidelines, maintaining registers and patient records, and related duties assigned by the Medical Officer.
Offset Machineman
Duties include operating single-, double- or two-colour/perfecting machines, printing course-related material, keeping machines clean, checking ink rollers, correctly mounting plates, setting feeding tables, avoiding paper break-downs and ensuring the print work is completed on schedule.
Staff Car Driver Grade-I
Duties include providing transportation services to government officials, dignitaries and authorized personnel, assisting with transport arrangements, maintaining confidentiality and discretion, following traffic rules, maintaining logbooks, keeping vehicle insurance and registration current and maintaining vehicle security features.
Halwai-cum-Cook
Duties include preparing snacks and meals such as chapatti, dal, rice, vegetables and sweets and assisting with other canteen duties assigned by the in-charge/Canteen Manager.
Age Limit

How Deputation Pay Works
The circular states that pay and other service conditions for selected deputationists will be regulated under the applicable DoPT instructions. The officer may have the option, subject to the applicable orders, to draw parent-cadre pay plus deputation duty allowance or draw pay in the scale of the deputation post.
