- • A subject of Nepal or Bhutan, or
- • A Person of Indian Origin (PIO) who has migrated from Pakistan, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, or Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.

For Skill Test: Module III of Section III will include the Skill Test / Typing Test in Session II on the same day. Errors are calculated up to 2 decimal places. No candidate is exempted from appearing in the Skill Test.
For Typing Test: Candidates opting for English medium should have a typing speed of 35 w.p.m. and for Hindi medium 30 w.p.m. The choice of medium in the application form is final.
