Punjab & Sind Bank - Engagement of Yoga & Acupressure Specialist 2025
Basic Qualification: Graduation, Diploma in Yoga, Diploma in Acupressure
Experience: 10 years as Yoga & Acupressure Medical Consultant in any PSU Bank
Working Hours & Days: 3 days per week, 2 hours each (Days & timings fixed by Bank per staff convenience)
Period of Contract: Initially 1 year, renewable for 1 year based on performance
Termination of Contract: Two months' notice from either side
Remuneration: To be finalized based on candidate suitability
Procedure for Selection
- Applications will be scrutinized by the Bank
- Shortlisted candidates called for interview via email
- Final selection based on interview results
- Engagement offer letter sent by email
- If candidate declines or misses deadline, next candidate in waiting list offered engagement
Job Role
- Conduct yoga & acupressure sessions to reduce stress and improve mental clarity
- Develop customized wellness programs suited to bank needs
Other Conditions
- Provide guidance on breathing techniques, meditation, relaxation methods
- Assess employee well-being and recommend improvements
- Guide on preventive measures and treat routine ailments (eyes, cervical pain, spondylitis, BP, migraine, etc.) via yoga & acupressure
- Maintain confidential reports of consultations
- Stay updated on best practices & research
- Perform other Bank-assigned tasks
- Max 12 leaves a year; pro-rata basis; max 4 unused leaves can be used at once
- No entitlement to Bank's employee benefits (leave, PF, gratuity, bonus etc.)
- Contract is temporary; no claim for regular employment
- Bank may change duty hours and location as required
- Disputes subject to Delhi courts jurisdiction
- Maintain strict confidentiality about Bank's and constituents' affairs
- Serve honestly and faithfully; promote Bank’s interest; show courtesy
- No sexual harassment at workplace
- Contract terminable on arrest or legal detention
- Bank reserves right to raise eligibility standards and final decisions are binding
