1. Introduction
Applications are invited online from 14/10/2025 to 03/11/2025 for the Departmental Tests Nov-2025 session. Examination dates will be announced later.
Applicants must register their One Time Profile Registration (OTPR) through the Commission’s website: psc.ap.gov.in. Upon registration, a User ID will be generated and sent to their registered mobile number and email.
Applicants who have already generated OTPR for previous tests should update their working district as per new 26 districts before submitting the application.
Note: Handwritten, typed, or printed application forms are not accepted.
2. Scheme of Examination
- All tests except Language and Survey papers are Objective Type and conducted online.
- Language Tests and Survey & Settlement papers are conventional handwritten exams with barcoded answer sheets.
- Exam timings:
- Objective Type: 2 hours (10:00 AM - 12:00 Noon, 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM)
- Conventional Type: 3 hours (10:00 AM - 1:00 PM, 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM)

4. Examination Centres
The tests will be conducted in all 26 districts of Andhra Pradesh. Examination centres will be allotted according to the working district or nearest available district.

5. Eligibility
Government of Andhra Pradesh employees who fulfill Departmental Service Rules are eligible to appear for these tests.
For specific conditions related to departments and papers, please refer to the full official notification.
6. Fee & Payment Procedure
- Application fee for each paper is ₹500/-
- Fees must be paid online through the Commission's payment gateway
- Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances
7. How to Apply
- Register One Time Profile Registration (OTPR) on the official Commission website.
- Log in and complete the online application form with required details.
- Pay applicable fees online for applied tests.
- Submit the application and save/print the application receipt for reference.
Note: Carefully follow online instructions to avoid application rejection.

- Incomplete or incorrect applications will be rejected without further notice.
- Applicants should preserve Hall Tickets for examination and future correspondence.
- The Commission's decisions are final on all matters related to the Departmental Tests.
