Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University or approved Government Regulatory Body.
- Minimum Age: 20 years and Maximum Age: 35 years (as on 01 August 2025).
- Age relaxation applicable as per Government rules.
- No prior experience required.
Salary & Benefits
The salary is a lump sum amount of ₹30,000 per month inclusive of all statutory deductions. Annual increments and performance incentives will be given based on business acquisition/sales activities. No other allowances or bonuses will be paid.
Application Fee
A non-refundable fee of ₹750 is applicable. Candidates are requested to ensure eligibility before paying the fee. Fee once paid will not be refunded or adjusted later. Applications once submitted cannot be withdrawn.
Selection Process
Candidates will be selected based on the merit list derived banking outlet wise according to graduation percentage marks. In case of a tie, seniority in the Department of Posts service and then date of birth will be used as tie breakers. The Bank reserves the right to conduct an online test if required.
