Selection Process
Application Shortlisting → Personal/Telephonic/Video Interview → CTC Negotiation → Final Selection → Medical Fitness → Offer Letter
- No Written Exam: Selection entirely based on application review and interviews
- Shortlisting: Based on detailed application screening, qualifications, and experience
- Interview Rounds: One or multiple personal/telephone/video interviews as per requirement
- CTC Negotiation: Offer letter after successful interview and mutual CTC agreement
- Medical Fitness: Final appointment subject to medical examination & background verification
