📂 Job Profile & Eligibility
Consultant 'B' (Legal) - 01 Post
You will assist Adjudicating Officers, handle court cases, file affidavits, and liaison with State Governments regarding the Biological Diversity (Amendment) Act, 2023.
| Upper Age Limit | Not exceeding 45 Years as on 02.01.2026. |
| Essential Qualification |
• LLM (Master of Law) from a recognized University. • 09 Years experience as a practicing Advocate. • Knowledge of MS Office. |
| Desirable |
• 5 Years practice in Courts on Environment/Biodiversity Laws. • Analytical skills & Good English/Hindi drafting. |
🚀 Salary & Engagement Terms
1. Consolidated Remuneration
Fixed Pay
You will receive a fixed consolidated monthly pay.
₹ 80,000/- Per Month (Subject to TDS)
*No DA, HRA, or Medical Allowances.
2. Work Terms
Full Time
- 🏢 Full-time engagement at MoEFCC, Delhi
- 📅 1 Day Leave per month (Accumulated yearly)
- ⏰ Standard Office Hours (Biometric Attendance)
- ✈️ TA/DA provided ONLY for official tours
3. Contract Duration
3 Years Max
Initial engagement is for 1 Year, extendable annually up to 3 years based on performance.
