Accounts Officer (01 Post)
The National Biodiversity Authority is a Statutory Body. This role is strictly for officers currently working in Central/State Govt.
| Upper Age Limit | Not exceeding 56 Years as on closing date. |
| Eligibility (For Govt Officers) |
1. Holding Analogous Post on regular basis OR 2. 2 Years service in Level-8 (₹47,600-1,51,100) OR 3. 5 Years service in Level-7 (₹44,900-1,42,400). |
| Experience Required |
• Experience in the field of Accounts and Finance. • Working knowledge of Computers. |
💡 What is "Deputation"? (For Aspirants)
Deputation means you are temporarily "loaned" from your current parent department (State/Central Govt) to the NBA.
- You retain your lien in your parent department.
- You get the salary of the new post (Level 10) or your own pay + deputation allowance.
- The period is usually 3 Years.
- It is an excellent opportunity for career exposure in a Statutory Body.

You will be placed in Level 10 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix.
Basic Pay Range: ₹ 56,100 - ₹ 1,77,500
(Pre-revised: PB-3 with GP ₹5400)
