- B.Tech/B.E First Class / Equivalent
- M.Tech/M.E First Class / Equivalent

- Ph.D Relevant field (First Class)
- Experience Min 8 years (Assoc/Asst Prof)
- Research Papers Min 7 in SCI/SCOPUS/A/ABDC
- Research Score Minimum 75

- Ph.D Relevant field (First Class)
- Teaching Experience Min 10 years
- Research Papers Min 10 in SCI/SCOPUS/A/ABDC
- Research Score Minimum 120
