SALARY, ALLOWANCES & CAREER PROGRESSION
Basic Pay (Level 11): ₹67,700 – ₹2,08,700 per month
Grade Pay (pre-revised): ₹6,600 (PB-3)
- Dearness Allowance (DA): As per central government rates (currently ~46%)
- House Rent Allowance (HRA): 24% / 16% / 8% based on city (Delhi qualifies for highest)
- Transport Allowance (TA): (Tier-1 city rates + DA on TA)
- Other perks: Medical facilities, LTC, pension under NPS, leave encashment, etc.
- Promotion prospects: As a Group A officer on deputation, further empanelment to higher grades (Level 12, 13, etc.) possible through DoPT channels.
Being a deputation post, permanent absorption is not automatic; however it adds significant experience for future central government assignments.
ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS (as per Annexure-I)
Officers under Central Government:
- Holding analogous post on regular basis in parent cadre/department OR
- 5 years’ regular service in Level 10 (₹56,100-1,77,500) [pre-revised Grade Pay ₹5400]
AND
- 5 years’ experience in drafting & issue of contract documents, supply orders, and dealing with contractual matters relating to purchase and supplies.
Age limit: Maximum 56 years as on closing date of application.

Fill bio-data, educational qualifications, experience, and service particulars carefully.
Get Part-B completed by Cadre Controlling Authority
Vigilance clearance, integrity certificate, ACRs, and certification that you meet eligibility.
Attach required documents
Attested ACRs for last 5 years (or CR Dossier), experience proof, and any additional qualifications.
Forward through proper channel
Application must be routed through your department with recommendation.
