Deputation (For Serving Government/PSU Employees)

Eligibility Criteria for Deputation:

  • Qualification: MBA (HR)/PG Degree/Diploma in Management (HR) - Full Time
  • Experience: Minimum 06 years post-qualification experience for Organized Group 'A' Services OR Minimum 08 years at Executive Level (E2/L9 or above) in Central/State Government
  • Current Pay Scale: Working in:
    • CDA: ₹78,800-2,09,200 (L12) or above, OR
    • IDA: ₹70,000-2,00,000 (E4) or above, OR last 3 years in ₹60,000-1,80,000 (E3)

Deputation Terms & Conditions:

  • Pay and allowances regulated as per DoPT rules
  • Additional benefits: HRA/Lease, Transport, Laptop, Mobile Phone, Headset, Uniform, Briefcase, etc.
  • Normal deputation term, not exceeding 05 years
  • Candidate must be physically and medically fit
  • Application must be routed through Administrative Officer with No Objection, Vigilance/DAR clearance

Immediate Absorption (Permanent Absorption into NCRTC)

Eligibility Criteria for Immediate Absorption:

  • Qualification: MBA (HR)/PG Degree/Diploma in Management (HR) - Full Time
  • Experience: Minimum 08 years post-qualification experience at Executive Level (E2/L9 or above) in Central/State Government/CPSE/Autonomous Bodies
  • Current Pay Scale: Working in:
    • CDA: ₹78,800-2,09,200 (L12) or above, OR last 3 years in ₹67,700-2,08,700 (L11)
    • IDA: ₹70,000-2,00,000 (E4) or above, OR last 3 years in ₹60,000-1,80,000 (E3)

Absorption Terms & Conditions:

  • Basic Pay as applicable in grade + HRA/Lease + VDA + Perks & Allowances under Cafeteria Approach
  • Other benefits: Transport, Laptop, Mobile Phone, Headset, Uniform, Briefcase, etc.
  • Exempted from pre-appointment medical checkup (must be physically fit)
  • Service Bond of ₹2 lakhs + GST + training cost for minimum 2 years service
  • Probation period as per Corporation Policy after joining
  • Experience computation: 100% weightage for government sector, 80% for private sector

Job Description & Requirements

Functional Capabilities Required:

  • Thorough knowledge of labour laws and service regulations
  • Expertise in disciplinary matters and HRM concepts
  • Experience in manpower planning, Performance Management, career planning
  • Knowledge of succession planning, competency modelling, competency appraisal
  • Exposure to industrial relations with multiple trade unions (desirable)
  • Experience in latest HR Practices and Policies
  • Skills in dealing with retention and attrition aspects

Important Qualification Notes:

  • Essential qualifications must be from UGC recognized Indian University/Deemed University or AICTE approved courses
  • Only Full Time Regular Courses considered
  • For Management qualifications with Dual Specialization, one specialization must be HR/function-specific
  • CGPA/OGPA must be converted to percentage as per University norms
  • Candidates must submit documentary proof during interview

Selection Process

Type of Recruitment: Deputation/Immediate Absorption

This is NOT direct recruitment, contract-based, written test, or walk-in interview. It is specifically for Deputation (serving employees) and Immediate Absorption (permanent absorption).

Selection Process Steps:

Step 1: Application Screening

Initial screening based on eligibility criteria mentioned in the vacancy notice.

Step 2: Interview Call

Eligible candidates will be called for Interview. Venue, date, and time will be informed in advance.

Step 3: Document Verification

Before interview, original certificates will be verified. Candidates must carry all original documents.

Step 4: Interview

Personal interview will be conducted. Minimum qualifying marks: 60%.

Step 5: Merit List Preparation

Merit list prepared based on interview scores. Selection based on merit and eligibility.

Important Instructions:

  • No request for change in interview date or venue will be entertained
  • Candidates not found eligible during document verification will be rejected
  • Admission to all stages is provisional subject to meeting eligibility criteria
  • Candidates must fulfill age and qualification criteria as on closing date

Step 3: Apply Online

Visit www.ncrtc.in → Career Section → Apply for the relevant post. Submit separate applications for Deputation and Absorption if applying for both.

Step 4: Upload Documents

Upload self-attested copies of: 10th/Birth Certificate, Degree/Post-Graduate certificates, appointment letters, latest salary slip, experience certificates, last 3 years APARs, promotion orders, relieving orders, last 3 months salary slips.

Step 5: For Deputation Applicants Only

Route application through Administrative Officer with No Objection, Vigilance/DAR clearance as per Annexure-I format.

Step 6: Take Printout & Download

After online submission, download the system-generated Application Form with Unique Registration Number.

Step 7: Send Physical Documents

Send printout with attached documents to below address by 09/02/2026:
