💰 Remuneration & facilities
✅ Fixed monthly remuneration: ₹75,000 (consolidated, based on qualification/experience).
🏨 Campus visit support: Guest house accommodation (subject to availability) and travel allowance as per institute rules during campus visits.
❌ No other allowances: Not entitled to DA, HRA, LTC, NPS, or any regular employee benefits.
⏳ Notice period: 15 days from either side.

PURE CONTRACT NO WRITTEN TEST INTERVIEW/PRESENTATION
- Type: Individual consultancy (freelancer) on contract basis – NOT a regular post. No absorption.
- Selection steps: Email application → Scrutiny → Offline presentation/interview at Surat → Appointment letter.
- No TA/DA for interview.
- Institute may extend contract based on performance.
📌 Job description – International Affairs
- Set up IR vision, mission, goals; 5-year roadmap.
- Prepare IR & budgetary requirements.
- Guide strategic implementation.
- Identify global partner institutions, start collaborations.
- Establish IR office: people, processes, CRM, website.
- Train staff; prepare SOPs for each activity.
- Plan immersion programs/internships abroad.
- Set up MoUs & frameworks for academic exchange.
- Conduct workshops for research collaborations.
- Any other IR-related tasks.
Visit requirement: 1 visit/month (initial 6 months), then once/3 months. Extra visits with consent.
🎓 Eligibility criteria
Educational: Undergraduate in BE/BTech/BBA/BCA AND Postgraduate in ME/MTech/MBA, or Diploma in business / similar degree.
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in IIT/NIT/IIM/IIIT or any institute of national importance. Must have handled collaborations.
