  • Master's Degree in Computer Application (MCA) OR M.Sc. (Computer Science / Information Technology) from a recognized University/Institute; OR
  • Bachelor of Engineering / Bachelor of Technology (Computer Engineering / Computer Science / Computer Technology / Computer Science & Engineering / Information Technology) from a recognized University/Institute.

Experience Required: Minimum 12 years' post-qualification experience in the relevant areas of Programming or Information System in a Government office / PSU / Autonomous Body / Statutory Body / Recognized Institution.

  • Maximum Age: Not exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.
  • No age relaxation – this is the standard deputation age cap for all categories.

The post carries Level 13-A in the Pay Matrix (7th CPC):

  • Grade Pay (Pre-revised): ₹8,900 (PB-4: ₹37,400 – ₹67,000)
  • Dearness Allowance (DA): As applicable (~50%+ of Basic Pay)
  • House Rent Allowance (HRA): 24% of Basic Pay (for New Delhi – 'X' class city)
