🎯 Eligibility Criteria
📚 Essential Qualifications & Experience
Only retired officers from Central Government / State Government / PSUs / Autonomous Bodies are eligible.
- Chief Estates Manager: Retired officer with experience in estates management, building maintenance, and related administrative matters. Should have held an analogous post or a post in Level 12/13 as per 7th CPC.
- Meeting Officer: Retired officer with experience in organising meetings, conferences, protocol duties, and office administration. Should have held an analogous post or a post in Level 11/12 as per 7th CPC.

🎂 Age Limit (as on 10.06.2026)
- Maximum age: 65 years (i.e., the officer should not have attained the age of 65 years on the last date of application).
- Retired officers who are below 65 years only can apply.
📅 Tenure & Contract Details
- Initial contract for one year, extendable based on performance and requirement.
- Engagement is purely on contract/consultancy basis; no claim for regular absorption.
💰 Remuneration & Benefits
Consolidated monthly remuneration will be paid as per the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT) guidelines for engagement of retired officers as Consultants. The likely amount is around ₹75,000 per month (subject to provisions of deduction of pension from last pay drawn, etc., as per rules). No other allowances like DA, HRA, or transport allowance are admissible. Leave and other conditions as per the contract.

- Shortlisting based on relevant experience and qualifications.
- Personal Interaction / Interview (may be conducted virtually or in person).

- Final selection by a committee constituted by UPSC.
