✅ OBC (NCL) Certificate	Issued by Tehsildar / MRO / Competent Authority. Must be dated within 1 year from the closing date (i.e., after 01 July 2025). Non-creamy layer status should be clearly mentioned.
✅ EWS Certificate	Issued by Tehsildar / MRO / Competent Authority. Must be for the current financial year 2026-27 (issued on or after 01 April 2026). Format prescribed by Govt.
🆔 ID Proof	Aadhaar Card / Voter ID / Passport / Driving License (self-attested copy).
📸 Passport Size Photographs	3-4 recent color photographs (not older than 3 months) with name written on back.
📋 Experience Certificate (if any)	From previous employer, if claiming additional security experience points.

🔍 Who should sign the caste certificate?

The caste certificate must be signed by a competent government authority such as Tehsildar, Mandal Revenue Officer (MRO), Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM), or Revenue Officer not below the rank of Naib Tehsildar. Certificates signed by village panchayat heads, sarpanch, or private individuals are NOT valid. The certificate must have the official seal and signature of the issuing authority.

📌 Can final year / waiting result students apply?

No. The eligibility condition explicitly requires that the applicant must have passed the SSLC (10th) examination before the last date of application. Candidates whose results are awaited or who are currently appearing for 10th are not eligible. If the certificate is provisional, it must clearly state that the candidate has passed.
