✅ Eligibility Criteria
🎓 Educational Qualification
- Essential: Ph.D. OR M.Phil. OR Master’s degree (at least Second Division) in Social Sciences/Allied fields.
- Fields: Public Policy, International Relations, Strategic Affairs, Development Studies.
- Experience Required:
- For Ph.D. holders: Min. 2 years research experience.
- For M.Phil. holders: Min. 3 years research experience.
- For Master's holders: Min. 4 years research experience.
🎂 Age Limit (As on 01 Jan 2026)
- Maximum Age: 45 Years
- Relaxation: Applicable for reserved categories (SC/EWS) as per Govt norms.
- Note: Age restriction not applicable for current MP-IDSA employees.
📝 Job Description & Role
Selected candidates will work with a nominated Centre to enhance research techniques. Key responsibilities include:
- Publication of Monographs, Research Papers in peer-reviewed journals.
- Writing policy briefs, op-eds, book chapters, and web commentaries.
- Organizing workshops, seminars, and round tables.
- Carrying out independent research and Institute-assigned projects.
Desired Skills: Keen interest in national/international affairs, excellent communication, detail-oriented, and ability to work under strict timelines.
