🎯 Eligibility Criteria (As per Official Notification)
📌 Senior Public Prosecutor (Sr. PP) – 7 Vacancies
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized University.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years’ experience in Prosecution of Criminal Cases.
- Deputation Criteria: Holding analogous posts on regular basis OR 5 years’ service in Pay Band-3 (₹15,600-39,100) with Grade Pay ₹5,400 or equivalent.
- Age Limit: Not exceeding 56 years as on closing date (02 June 2026).
📌 Public Prosecutor (PP) – 14 Vacancies
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized University.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in Prosecution of Criminal Cases.
- Deputation Criteria: Holding analogous posts on regular basis OR 2 years’ service in Pay Band-3 (₹9,300-34,800) with Grade Pay ₹4,800 or equivalent.
- Age Limit: Not exceeding 56 years as on closing date.

💰 Salary Structure & Perks
- Senior Public Prosecutor (Sr. PP): Pay Level-11: ₹67,700 – ₹2,08,700 per month + deputation allowances.
- Public Prosecutor (PP): Pay Level-10: ₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500 per month + usual allowances.
- Additional Benefits: Deputation (Duty) Allowance, Dearness Allowance, HRA, Transport Allowance, and other perks as per Central Government norms.
