๐ Educational Qualification
- Basic: Graduation
- Preferred: Post Graduate/MBA
- From: Recognized University
- Special: Legal background for Compliance
Note: Educational qualifications should be from recognized Board/University/AICTE approved institutions.

- Minimum: 5-15 Years
- Sector: Bank/NBFC/Financial Services
- Area: Debt Collection/Recovery
- Management: Portfolio/Asset Quality
Note: Experience less than 6 months in any organization will not be considered.

- CIBIL Score: 680 or Above
- Requirement: At Time of Joining
- Defaulters: Not Eligible
- Verification: Through CIBIL Report
