  • For Deputation: Integrity Certificate from employer
  • For Deputation: Vigilance Clearance Certificate
  • For Deputation: Cadre Clearance Certificate
  • For Deputation: CR Dossier certification
  • For Deputation: Statement of major/minor penalties imposed (last 10 years) or certificate that none imposed
Terms & Conditions - Contractual Basis
  • Initial appointment for 1 year, extendable yearly based on performance and conduct
  • Consolidated salary fixed based on minimum scale (basic pay + permissible allowances)
  • No regular pay scale benefits; consolidated package only
  • No TA/DA for attending written test/interview
  • No NOC required at application stage (if employed in Govt/PSU/Autonomous bodies)
Terms & Conditions - Deputation Basis
  • Initially for 3 years, extendable further as per Government rules
  • Candidate holds analogous/equivalent post on regular basis for 2+ years
  • Option to draw salary from parent organization OR from IPFT pay matrix (can't be altered during deputation)
  • Maximum age limit: 56 years on closing date
  • Application through proper channel from employer/Cadre Authority mandatory
  • ACR/APAR for last 5 years, Integrity, Vigilance & Cadre clearance certificates mandatory
  • If selected, immediate relief mandatory from parent organization
  • On return from deputation, will revert to parent organization
Selection Process
