Emoluments & Benefits
- Basic Pay: Rs 30,000 - Rs 1,20,000 (IDA scale)
- Variable Dearness Allowance (VDA): As per applicable rates

Selection Process
Written Test (CBT) - 80% + Interview - 20% = Merit List
- Written Test (CBT): Weightage 80%, Computer Based Test at designated center
- Interview: Weightage 20%, Personal interview by selection committee
- Minimum Qualifying Marks: 60% for UR/OBC-NCL/EWS categories in each stage
- Merit List: Prepared based on combined score of Written Test and Interview
- Shortlist Ratio: 1:15 for interview (minimum 10 candidates)
- Document Verification: Before interview; candidates must carry original certificates
- No TA/DA: No traveling allowance or daily allowance for attending written test or interview

Special Terms & Conditions
- Service Bond: Rs 2,00,000 plus GST - minimum 2 years of service required
- Probation Period: As per company policy after joining
- Medical Examination: Pre-employment medical examination mandatory from NCRTC nominated hospital or Central/State Government hospital
- Posting Location: May be posted at any office, workplace, or project unit of NCRTC or subsidiaries/joint ventures
- Work Conditions: May be assigned jobs/functions as per business requirements, including shift operations
