- Pay Level: Level-16 or above
- Background: Science/Academic/Armed Forces (Technical)
- Qualification: B.Tech/B.E/M.Sc/M.Tech/Ph.D
⭐ Distinguished Fellowship
- Rank/Level: Outstanding Scientist (OS) or equivalent
- Pay Level: Level-15 or above
- Background: Science/Academic/Armed Forces (Technical)
- Qualification: B.Tech/B.E/M.Sc/M.Tech/Ph.D
🏅 DRDO Fellowship
- Rank/Level: Scientist 'G' or equivalent
- Pay Level: Level-14 or above
- Background: Science/Academic/Armed Forces (Technical)
- Qualification: B.Tech/B.E/M.Sc/M.Tech/Ph.D
📋 General Requirements
- Age Limit: Up to 5 years after superannuation
- Citizenship: Indian National
