Recruitment Type: DIRECT RECRUITMENT THROUGH SPORTS QUOTA

Selection Criteria (Order of Preference):
Skill Tests (After Selection):
- Stenographer Grade-II: Dictation test (10 minutes @ 80 w.p.m) and Transcription (50 w.p.m English / 65 w.p.m Hindi) on Computers
- Tax Assistant: Data Entry Skill Test @ 8000 key depressions per hour
- Multi-Tasking Staff: No skill test required
- Note: Skill tests to be qualified prior to joining the department

Only certificates awarded by the following authorities will be considered valid:
- Form 1 (International): Secretary of National Federation
- Form 2 (National): Secretary of National/State Federation
- Form 3 (Inter-University): Dean of Sports/University Sports Officer
- Form 4 (School Nationals): Director/Additional Director of Education
- Form 5 (Khelo India): Officer from Sports Authority of India (SAI)
🎓 Education Qualification & Age Limit
Educational Qualifications:
- Stenographer Grade-II: 12th class pass or equivalent from recognized Board/University
- Tax Assistant: Degree of a recognized University or equivalent qualification
- Multi-Tasking Staff: Matriculation or Equivalent pass
Age Limit (as on 01.01.2026):
- Stenographer Grade-II: Between 18 – 27 years
- Tax Assistant: Between 18 – 27 years
- Multi-Tasking Staff: Between 18 – 25 years
Age Relaxation for Sportspersons:
- General Category Sportspersons: Up to 5 years relaxation
- SC/ST Sportspersons: Up to 10 years relaxation
- Note: Relaxation admissible only with valid sports certificate as per prescribed format
