🎯 Recruitment Type & Selection Process

Nature of Engagement: DIRECT RECRUITMENT (AGNIVEER SCHEME - 4 YEARS SERVICE + TERMINAL BENEFITS)

📌 Important: This is under the AGNIPATH Scheme. Agniveers serve for 4 years with monthly salary + terminal benefits (Seva Nidhi Fund). After 4 years, candidates can transition to regular army or pursue civilian careers. Selection process includes Physical Fitness Test (PFT) and Rally/Medical Examination. NO Written Test required for Agniveer recruitment.

Selection Process (4 Stages):

Online Registration

Register on joinindianarmy.nic.in with valid email and phone number. Fill all details accurately.

Recruitment Rally

Appear at designated rally venue on scheduled date. Physical Fitness Test (PFT): 1.6 km run, pushups, etc.

Medical Examination

Comprehensive medical examination by Army medical teams. Meeting height, weight, vision, hearing standards is mandatory.

Document Verification & Selection

Verification of certificates, domicile, character. Selected candidates receive joining letter. No interview.

Note: No written examination. Selection based on PFT, medical fitness, and document verification. Results announced on official portal.
