🎓 Education Qualification & Eligibility
Essential Qualifications:
- Educational Qualification: Masters in Life Sciences OR Masters in Hospital Administration OR Masters Degree in Quality Management
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality management programs in a large hospital
- Combination: Both qualification AND experience are mandatory
Desirable Qualifications (Advantageous):
- Demonstration of ability to handle multi-stakeholder projects
- Knowledge of developing, implementing and monitoring quality indicators
- Ability to synthesize and present reports to various stakeholders
- Ability to write and lead or mentor quality improvement projects
- Experience in NABH, NABL, CAP and other accreditation programs
- Experience in QI (Quality Improvement) research
- A working knowledge of Indian healthcare systems at national and state levels
- Leadership experience

📋 Duties & Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and lead the institutional peer review program of the NCG (National Cancer Grid)
- Develop a core team and organizational planning for peer-review
- Refine metrics for peer-review including data collection templates
- Lead in drafting key documents for NCG peer-review: Terms of Reference (TORs), SOPs, methods manual, reference case, process documents, report templates
- Periodic follow-up with centers to get required dataset prior to initiation of peer-review
- Coordination with peer-review team and NCG member centre management
- Leading communication of NCG peer-review activities including liaising with group members, arranging meetings, communicating with partners
- Providing progress updates on peer-review work to NCG convener or designated person
- Supporting NCG peer-review team in developing and maintaining effective working relationships with partners and stakeholders
Additional Responsibilities:
- Developing proposals for QI programs across different domains
- Support development and implementation of QI programs in NCG centres
- Preparing and producing reports
- Contributing to writing, editing and publishing reports and journal articles
- Respecting confidentiality of work
- Support laboratory External Quality Assurance Schemes (EQAS) programs
- Coordinate the NCG EQuIP training program
- Adhering to NCG policies and procedures
