Recruitment Overview
The State Bank of India (SBI), the country's largest public sector bank, has announced a significant recruitment drive for Specialist Cadre Officers. This recruitment aims to fill 996 positions across three roles to strengthen the bank's wealth management and customer relationship divisions.
Qualification
Graduation from a Government recognized University or Institution. Preferred qualifications include MBA (Banking/Finance/Marketing) or certifications like NISM V-A, XXI-A, CFP/CFA.
Selection Process
Shortlisting based on application, followed by Personal/Telephonic/Video Interview, CTC Negotiation, and final merit list based on interview scores (100 marks).
Contract Period
Selected candidates will be appointed on a contract basis for 5 years, which is renewable for another 4 years based on performance.
