📖 Eligibility Criteria
For Examiner of Trade Marks & Geographical Indications Post:
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Law from a recognized University or Institute
Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in handling Court cases and other legal matters
- OR 2 years' experience in handling matters of Trade Marks and Geographical Indications
Age Limit (As on 1 January 2026):
- UR/EWS: Up to 30 years
- OBC: Up to 33 years
- SC/ST: Up to 35 years
- Persons with Benchmark Disability (PwBD): Up to 40 years
Important Notes:
- Minimum age: 21 years (applicable to all categories)
- Age relaxation as per government rules is applicable
- If you don't meet the exact qualifications, you will be considered ineligible at any stage
For Deputy Director (Examination Reforms) Post:
Educational Qualification:
- Ph.D in any discipline in Humanities, Science, Commerce, Engineering/Technology
- OR Ph.D in professional courses like Law, Management, Finance, or Accounts
- Degree must be from a recognized University or Institute
Experience Required:
- Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in any of the following:
- Teaching at degree level
- Research work
- Preparation of teaching-learning material
- Curriculum development
- Educational testing
- Examination reforms
- Development & administration of online examinations

Recruitment Test (Written Examination)
Shortlisting will be based on recruitment test. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
