Desirable Qualifications & Experience

Employment Terms & Conditions
  • Type: Contractual appointment on purely open selection basis
  • Duration: Maximum 5 years including 1-year probation period
  • Extension: Contract may be extended based on performance and institutional requirements
  • Probation: 1 year probation period; performance evaluation mandatory
  • Candidate Redeployment: Unsuitable candidates for applied position may be considered for next lower position
Age Relaxation
  • SC/ST/PwD/Widowed/Divorced/Judicially Separated (not remarried): Up to 5 years relaxation
  • OBC-NCL: Up to 3 years relaxation
  • Serving AcSIR Employees: 5 years relaxation for open posts (except Assistant Director position)
  • Age Determination Date: Last date of receipt of applications (14 November 2025)
