About This Opportunity

Teaching faculty position at RSETI centers focused on rural youth self-employment training and financial literacy.

CBI-SUAPS (Central Bank of India Samajik Utthan Avam Prashikshan Sansthan) is a Society/Trust sponsored by Central Bank of India, engaged in imparting training to rural youth for their self-employment and bringing awareness among rural masses on financial literacy.

The organization operates 46 RSETI (Rural Self-Employment Training Institute) centers and 50 FLCC (Financial Literacy & Credit Counseling) centers across 51 Lead Districts in the country. We are seeking dedicated and skilled Faculty members to join our teams at RSETI Hoshangabad and RSETI Betul.

This is a Contract-based position for 1 year with possibility of renewal based on satisfactory performance. The role focuses on training rural youth for self-employment and conducting awareness programmes on financial literacy.

Eligibility Criteria

Complete requirements for Faculty position at RSETI Hoshangabad and RSETI Betul.

Age Limit

  • Minimum Age 22 Years
  • Maximum Age 40 Years
  • As on 10/12/2025 (Last Date)
Age is calculated as per school leaving certificate (SLC) or date of birth mentioned in official records.

Essential Qualification

  • Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree
  • Stream Any (Science/Commerce/Arts)
  • Preference Given To MSW/MA/B.Ed
Preference may be given to MSW, MA in Rural Development, MA in Sociology, MA in Psychology, B.Sc. (Veterinary), B.Sc. (Horticulture), B.Sc. (Agriculture), B.Sc. (Agricultural Marketing), B.A. with B.Ed, etc.

Language & Communication

  • Local Language ESSENTIAL (Must)
  • English & Hindi Added Advantage
  • Communication Skills Excellent (Essential)
Excellent communication skills in local language are essential. Fluency in English and Hindi is preferred. Must be able to read and write local language (Hindi for these centers).

Skills & Experience

  • Computer Knowledge Sound (Essential)
  • Typing Skills Local Language (Essential)
  • Teaching Experience Preferred
Must possess sound computer knowledge. Typing skills in local language essential; Hindi/English typing is an added advantage. Previous experience as Faculty/Teacher is preferred.

Contract Terms & Conditions

  • Exclusivity Clause: No person employed elsewhere will be allowed to work on this advertised post after being selected for contractual engagement
  • Leave Policy: As per latest HR policy dated 27/06/2024
  • Service Certificate: Self-attested copy of service certificate from previous employer/experience to be submitted; original produced at interview
  • Termination: Engagement liable to be terminated without any notice if false information or eligibility criteria not met detected even after engagement

Key Responsibilities

Job Profile & Duties

  • Training Programs: Assist the Director in conducting Training and Awareness Programmes for rural youth in self-employment and financial literacy
  • Student Handling: Handle training sessions, conduct classes, and provide mentoring to trainees
  • Candidate Selection: Support in generation of applications and selection of candidates for training programs
  • Action Planning: Assist in preparation of Annual Action Plan for the RSETI center
  • Logistics Management: Handle logistics and arrangements for Training Programmes
  • Documentation: Preparation of training notes, reports, and related documentation
  • Center Activities: Participate in similar other activities of the center as assigned by Director

Selection Process

  • Initial Screening: All eligible applications will be screened against prescribed eligibility criteria
  • Personal Interview: Eligible candidates will be called for personal interview to assess:
