- Experience: Minimum 23 years post-qualification experience in HR functions including Talent Management, Labour Laws, Performance Management
- Age Limit: Maximum 53 years as on 27.01.2026
- Salary: ₹1,20,000 - ₹2,80,000/month (Approx CTC: ₹54.64 Lacs)
Post 2: DGM (Civil-Marine Structural Expert) - VC No. RG/18-R1/25
- Educational Qualification: Full-time Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering AND Post-graduation in Marine Structures / Coastal Engineering / Ocean Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 11 years total experience, out of which at least 7 years in marine structures design/construction
- Age Limit: Maximum 41 years as on 27.01.2026
- Salary: ₹70,000 - ₹2,00,000/month (Approx CTC: ₹28.46 Lacs)
Post 3: Deputy General Manager (HR) - VC No. RG/31/25
